1. General Refund Policy
All purchases of virtual currency (Gems) and digital items in Disblock are generally final and non-refundable. This is because digital goods are delivered immediately upon successful payment and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
We may provide refunds in the following circumstances:
Technical Issues
- Payment was processed but Gems were not delivered due to technical errors
- Duplicate charges due to system malfunction
- Server issues preventing access to purchased content
Unauthorized Transactions
- Fraudulent or unauthorized charges on your account
- Purchases made without your consent
Legal Requirements
- Where required by applicable consumer protection laws
- Statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us through our Discord server within 14 days of the purchase
- Provide your transaction ID and payment details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any supporting evidence if applicable
4. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
- Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to appear in your account
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Any Gems or items purchased will be removed from your account
5. What We Cannot Refund
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Gems or items that have already been used or consumed
- Account bans or suspensions due to Terms of Service violations
- Dissatisfaction with game updates or changes
- Loss of progress due to user error
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:
- Your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts with fraudulent chargebacks
- Please contact us directly before initiating disputes
7. Regional Consumer Rights
European Union
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content that has not been performed. However, by purchasing and immediately receiving digital goods (Gems), you waive this withdrawal right.
Australia
Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. If we fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
United States
Some US states provide additional consumer protections. These rights are not waived by this policy where prohibited by law.
8. Subscription Services
If we offer subscription-based services in the future:
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
